Our unique family recipe is Darwin-inspired laksa, a moderately spicy full-flavoured soup with rice and egg noodles.
Minced pork, flavoured with a rich salad dressing made with fresh lime juice, ground roasted rice, fresh herbs & chilli. (GF option available)
Medium-rare, thinly cut beef slices cured in lime juice, mixed with crushed peanuts, lemongrass, bean sprouts, snake beans, capsicum, onion, and Asian herbs, topped off with fried garlic & shallots.
Pork belly tossed through our signature sauce with fruits of orange, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, and other seasonal mixed fruits. (GF option available)
Beef slices & Kang Kong vegetables cooked in sour coconut curry with tamarind & traditional Khmer Kreoung spices.
